Baccalieu Trail Animal Hospital in beautiful Bay Roberts, Newfoundland is looking for an experienced RVT (2+ years) to join our collaborative and supportive practice. We're seeking someone who is excited to share their knowledge, provide mentorship to teammates, and help us continue to grow while delivering exceptional care to our patients. Why You'll Love It Here We're a busy, progressive practice caring for dogs, cats, and some pocket pets. Our hospital is equipped with digital radiography, in-house lab equipment, dental and surgical suites, ultrasound, and we also do laparoscopic procedures. Our RVTs play a vital role in patient care and are encouraged to fully utilize their skills. We're looking for someone who enjoys coaching and supporting others while continuing to develop professionally themselves. We also value work-life balance. Our hospital is open Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m., with four 10-hour shifts. About You You are a Registered Veterinary Technician with 2+ years of clinical experience who: Enjoys mentoring and training fellow team members. Is passionate about delivering exceptional patient and client care. Thrives in a collaborative, team-focused environment. Has excellent communication and critical-thinking skills. Is confident with anesthesia monitoring, dentistry, venipuncture, IV catheter placement, laboratory procedures, medication administration, and nursing care. Brings a positive attitude and a desire to help both patients and teammates succeed.
