Plan and allocate teams, equipment, and other resources, while coordinating daily field operations and site logistics with internal teams, clients, managers, and subcontractors. Track operational performance, manage requests and training needs, communicate updates to stakeholders, and collaborate with the operations coordinator to improve efficiency.
