We are looking for Experienced Finish Skidsteer Operators to work seasonally in a full-time capacity, in various locations throughout Edmonton. The successful candidate must be able to align with the company's core values: Commitment, Attitude and Respect. Responsibilities: · Safe operation of equipment such as skid steers and other base equipment · Work with minimal supervision · Perform daily safety and maintenance checks · Other duties as required Qualifications: · Minimum 2 years of experience in operation of finish skid steers and related equipment · Thorough knowledge of the safe operation of the equipment and municipal road building industry · Ability to work continuously for prolonged periods of time · Must possess a valid class 5 driver’s license or above with a clean drivers abstract · High attention to detail, strong communication skills and ability to follow directions · Ability to work in varying weather conditions · Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment · Willingness and ability to work extended hours and weekends · Valid safety certifications Additional Information: · This is a seasonal position and starts in spring of every year · This position is eligible for over-time · Some travel outside of Edmonton may be required · Training will be provided for various activities · We offer excellent wages and benefit eligibility after 3 months in which you may continue your benefits during the winter months (off season) · Potential on-call work during the winter months during snow removal and early spring sweeping season The Fath Group: Building Positive Change in Our Communities.
