Finish Skid Steer (Rollers and other equipment)

We are looking for Experienced Finish Skidsteer Operators to work seasonally in a full-time capacity, in various locations throughout Edmonton. Responsibilities: · Safe operation of equipment such as skid steers and other base equipment · Work with minimal supervision · Perform daily safety and maintenance checks · Other duties as required Qualifications: · Minimum 2 years of experience in operation of finish skid steers and related equipment · Thorough knowledge of the safe operation of the equipment and municipal road building industry · Ability to work continuously for prolonged periods of time · Must possess a valid class 5 driver’s license or above with a clean drivers abstract · High attention to detail, strong communication skills and ability to follow directions · Ability to work in varying weather conditions · Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment · Willingness and ability to work extended hours and weekends · Valid safety certifications Additional Information: · This is a seasonal position and starts in spring of every year · This position is eligible for over-time · Some travel outside of Edmonton may be required · Training will be provided for various activities · We offer excellent wages and benefit eligibility after 3 months in which you may continue your benefits during the winter months (off season) · Potential on-call work during the winter months during snow removal and early spring sweeping season The Fath Group: Building Positive Change in Our Communities. The operator is responsible for the safe operation of skid steers and other base equipment while performing daily maintenance checks. They must work effectively with minimal supervision and collaborate within a team environment to complete road construction projects.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience operating finish skid steers and possess a valid class 5 driver's license. Applicants are expected to demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to work in varying weather conditions and extended hours.
