General Labourers

General Labourers O'Hanlon Paving, a proud member of The Fath Group of Companies, has been a key player in the Edmonton, road construction industry for over 65 years. We are currently looking for general labourers to join our operations. These are seasonal full-time positions working on crews in various locations throughout Edmonton and environs. The successful candidate must be able to align with the company's core values: Commitment, Attitude and Respect. Responsibilities · Assist various construction crews with labour duties . Some equipment experience will be an asset · Work with minimal supervision · Perform daily safety and maintenance checks · Other duties as required Qualifications: · Some experience in road construction labour duties will be an asset · Ability to work continuously for prolonged periods of time · Must possess a valid class 5 driver’s license · High attention to detail and ability to follow directions is required · Ability to work in varying weather conditions · Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment · Ability to consistently communicate in a courteous and professional manner is required · Willingness and ability to work extended hours and weekends Additional Information: · This is a seasonal position and is eligible for over-time · Opportunity for local employment within Edmonton · Training will be provided for various activities · We offer excellent wages and a health and benefits plan with the eligibility to participate after 3 months.
