Who are we looking for We’re seeking a Site Superintendent who is hands-on, proactive, and skilled at managing projects, trades, and stakeholders on-site. While our Head Office is located in Oakville, project sites are located throughout Ontario, with potential projects across Eastern Canada. This role requires flexibility to travel and work at various project locations based on business needs. What will you do Oversee day-to-day on-site construction activities, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams, maintaining clear communication with the Project Manager Review and interpret architectural, mechanical, and structural drawings Monitor scope, schedule, and performance of all trades to ensure client expectations are met Enforce site safety protocols and Ministry of Labour regulations Maintain worksite cleanliness and organization Perform hands-on work when needed (demolition, carpentry, general construction support) Anticipate issues, problem-solve proactively, and report progress to Senior Management Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and trades What you need to succeed 3–5 years of on-site construction supervision experience Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Architectural Science, or Engineering is preferred Experience in commercial or interior fit-out projects Proficient in reading blueprints, drawings, and construction documents Strong understanding of construction procedures, materials, and specifications Knowledge of Ontario Occupational Health & Safety regulations Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle Experience in financial services or restaurant industry projects is a plus Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and occasional out-of-province travel What’s in it for You Competitive salary RRSP contribution matching program Health and dental benefits plan Career growth and development opportunities Work with experienced, collaborative, and supportive construction professionals Exposure to diverse, challenging projects with high-profile clients Vision and Values Our vision is to be Canada's preferred partner for superior service and project delivery. Requirements

Candidates need 3–5 years of on-site construction supervision experience, preferably on commercial or interior fit-out projects, and strong ability to interpret construction drawings and documents. Preferred post-secondary education in Construction Management, Architectural Science, or Engineering, along with knowledge of Ontario safety regulations, a valid driver’s license and vehicle, and flexibility to travel and work evenings or weekends.
