We’re growing and looking for an experienced Residential Senior Manager to lead high-end landscape construction projects from planning through completion. The Role: You’ll oversee project delivery, client relationships, budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field coordination while working closely with our President, Estimators, Superintendents, and construction teams. Supportive leadership and long-term career opportunity. Key responsibilities include: Lead residential landscape construction projects from start to finish. Manage schedules, budgets, resources, and subcontractors. Coordinate project kick-offs and construction activities. Maintain strong client, architect, engineer, and vendor relationships. Conduct site visits and monitor quality, safety, and progress. Identify and resolve issues before they impact the project. Track project costs and performance. Support and mentor the Junior Project Coordinator. What You Bring: 5+ years of residential landscape construction experience. Diploma or degree in construction, engineering, landscape architecture, project management, or related field. Strong understanding of drawings, elevations, layouts, and specifications. Proven project management and leadership skills. Excellent communication and organization. Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Adobe, Word, and related software.
