About The Job: This is an individual contributor (IC) position, working on a broad range of features across the full stack. You will own & deliver features end-to-end using Ruby on Rails, React and similar technology You will set standards & best practices, and perform code review You will work with product, design and others to refine and iterate on specifications You will interface directly with our Customer Success team to understand customer pain points and improve the application. Own and deliver full-stack features end-to-end using Ruby on Rails and React. Collaborate with product and design teams to refine specifications and interface with Customer Success to resolve user pain points.

Requires 5+ years of professional web development experience with Ruby on Rails and 2+ years of production experience in React. Must have experience with complex relational databases, AI/LLM technologies, and a history of mentoring junior developers.
