Located in Barrie, ON, we are committed to providing hands-on, accountable care throughout the OCD journey. Role Description OCD Wellness is seeking a dedicated Clinician for a full-time, on-site role at our Barrie, ON location. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, delivering evidence-based treatments (including ERP, I-CBT, HRT and ACT), creating individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with families to support clients’ progress. The Clinician will lead therapy sessions, provide education, and work closely with clients to ensure their goals are met. Additional duties involve maintaining accurate documentation and participating in team meetings to contribute to overall program improvement. Qualifications Clinical skills in evidence-based therapies such as ERP, ACT, Habit Reversal Training, and Cognitive Behavioral Intervention for Tics Ability to develop personalized treatment plans and conduct thorough client assessments Proficiency in providing individual and family-based therapy sessions Strong written and verbal communication skills to maintain clear documentation and collaborate effectively with clients and team members Capacity to create a supportive and empathetic environment for clients while maintaining professionalism Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field Current registration in good standing with a relevant professional regulatory body Experience in treating OCD and related disorders is highly desirable Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development

What you’ll do

The Clinician will conduct assessments, deliver evidence-based treatments, and create individualized treatment plans. They will also collaborate with families to support clients’ progress and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements

Candidates should have clinical skills in evidence-based therapies and the ability to develop personalized treatment plans. A Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required, along with current registration in good standing with a relevant professional regulatory body.
