About The Role: Location: IP3 9SJ We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Operations Control Room Officer to join our team. This critical role involves monitoring security operations, coordinating responses, and ensuring seamless communication between field teams and clients. Responsibilities: Coordinate responses to incidents, emergencies, and alarm activations. Maintain clear communication with mobile response teams, site officers, and clients. Log incidents, activities, and shift updates accurately in the control room systems. Ensure compliance with operational protocols and procedures. Provide regular updates to clients regarding site activities and incidents. Act as the central point of contact for all security operations during your shift. Requirements: Previous experience in a control room or operations environment (Preferred). Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Proficiency in using computer systems and security software. Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including days and nights. A valid SIA Licence (Essential). Knowledge of Glasgow and surrounding areas (Preferred).
