Manage ocean import shipments from planning through delivery, coordinating customers, vendors, carriers, and internal teams while monitoring shipment progress, costs, billing, and documentation. Review vendor invoices, maintain stakeholder relationships, support customer service, and contribute to improvements in internal systems and processes.

Coordinate and track international air, ocean, and ground shipments, prepare and verify shipping documentation, and ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and import/export regulations. Communicate with customers, carriers, and partners, maintain accurate system data and reports, and support customer satisfaction and continuous process improvement.

Lead, coach, and develop the customer service team while serving as the primary contact for customer service matters and maintaining regular CRM follow-ups.
