About OERP Canada OERP is a Canadian Odoo Gold Partner helping businesses streamline their operations through thoughtful ERP implementation, consulting, and ongoing support. We work closely with our clients to understand their challenges and deliver practical solutions that support their growth. We’re a collaborative team that values open communication, shared knowledge, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. We believe the best results come from working together, both with our clients and with each other. As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for someone who shares that mindset and wants to help build lasting client relationships. The opportunity Grow Client Relationships as an Account Manager This is an opportunity to take an active role in the ongoing success of OERP’s clients. Rather than focusing solely on acquiring new business, you’ll work with existing accounts to understand their evolving needs, uncover opportunities, and help them get more out of their relationship with OERP. You’ll be the person who checks in, asks the right questions, connects clients with relevant solutions, and ensures opportunities don’t go unnoticed. From re-engaging clients who have gone quiet to introducing services that can address new business challenges, your work will help strengthen client relationships while contributing to OERP’s growth. You’ll also collaborate with our internal team on client communications and marketing activities, helping ensure our clients stay informed about relevant offerings and developments. Is This You? Who We're Looking For We’re looking for someone who enjoys building relationships and takes initiative in maintaining them. You’re comfortable starting conversations, curious about how businesses operate, and able to recognize when a client could benefit from additional support or a new solution. You don’t need to be an ERP expert from day one, but you should be eager to learn, comfortable working with different people, and confident coordinating with internal teams to find the right answers. Most importantly, you’re someone who follows through, communicates thoughtfully, and enjoys being part of a team where people work together to get things done. Key Responsibilities What You'll Own and Do Account Ownership & Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact for your assigned client accounts. Account Growth & Sales Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that increase the value clients get from their Odoo investment. Present additional modules, services, and support options, and carry opportunities through from first conversation to signed agreement. Collaborate with the sales and consulting teams on solutioning, estimates, and proposals for growth opportunities within your accounts. Client Health & Retention Monitor project health and client satisfaction, proactively addressing concerns before they become problems. Gather client feedback and bring it back to the team so that we keep improving how we deliver. Protect retention by making sure every client knows who to call and feels heard when they do. Issue Coordination & Internal Collaboration Assist clients with simple issues and questions directly. Escalate technical issues to the right internal team and follow them through to resolution, keeping the client informed along the way. Work closely with consultants, developers, and project managers to keep commitments and timelines visible on both sides. Assist with client communications, campaigns, product and service promotion, and other activities that support engagement and account growth. Tracking & Reporting Track and report on key client metrics, including retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth. Keep account records, activities, and opportunities accurate and up to date in our CRM.
