Support AWS infrastructure, testing, monitoring, and deployment reliability, and collaborate with developers and product stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.

Scale demand-generation channels across educator communities, ambassador programs, teacher-trainer partnerships, and state-level conferences for US K–12 and international ESL segments. Maintain lead workflows and campaign measurement, run conversion campaigns, and produce data-focused customer case studies and marketing assets.

Design, build, and maintain reliable back-end services, APIs, integrations, and database systems, while improving performance, security, code quality, and platform reliability.
