Lead go-to-market execution across sales, marketing and partnerships. Build and lead the team, including recruitment, mentoring and organizational culture. Manage executive-level client and partner relationships and represent OffSeq publicly. Lead operational, financial, cash-runway and fundraising decisions. Preserve OffSeq’s offensive-security focus while improving delivery and organizational growth. What you bring Proven leadership experience as a CEO, founder, general manager or commercial executive with P&L responsibility, preferably in cybersecurity, B2B technology or professional services. A track record of growing revenue and teams in Baltic or EU markets. Strong commercial judgment across sales, marketing and partnerships. Sufficient technical understanding to lead a cybersecurity company credibly and work effectively with the technical team. Excellent English communication skills; Latvian and other Baltic languages are a significant advantage.
