Ontario Federation of Independent Schools (OFIS) is the largest, fastest growing, most diverse independent school association in the province – providing support, resources & services to member schools from a variety of backgrounds: faith-based schools, culturally-based schools, alternative educational (pedagogical) schools, special needs schools, community-based schools, and arts & athletics schools. The educator will lead a JK-Grade 1 classroom using a Reggio Emilia-inspired approach to facilitate inquiry-based and integrated learning. Key duties include providing personalized academic support for neurodivergent students and maintaining authentic communication with families through documentation.
