The Role: Reporting to the Vice President, the Project Manager will lead cross-functional projects from planning through production, delivery, and closeout, managing scope, schedules, costs, risks, and stakeholder expectations. The Project Manager will also drive effective project execution through PM systems, cross-functional coordination, issue resolution, and continuous improvement across manufacturing and operations. The Project Manager will be required to support OIC Foods and all sister companies under the group. Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution Define scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and schedules. Lead projects from initiation through production, delivery, installation, and closeout. Coordinate cross-functional teams and resolve project roadblocks. Utilize and maintain project management systems to track schedules, tasks, costs, risks, and project performance. Budget & Schedule Management Monitor project costs, forecasts, budgets, and schedule performance. Identify variances and delays; implement corrective and recovery actions. Support quotations, costing, and change orders. Risk Management Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues. Develop mitigation plans and escalate critical issues as required. Stakeholder Communication Manage customer and stakeholder communications, expectations, and project updates. Coordinate meetings, design reviews, inspections, approvals, and deliverables. Documentation & Closeout Maintain project records, reports, metrics, action items, approvals, and technical documentation. Coordinate final acceptance, handover, cost review, and project closeout. Continuous Improvement Identify and implement improvements to project and manufacturing processes. Support Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, lessons learned, and best-practice initiatives. Any other Duties as assigned by the Vice President. The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and the incumbent will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by their changing role within the organization and the overall business objectives of the organization. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related fields. PMP certification or pursuing a PMP certification. 7+ years of experience in managing projects, preferably in the Manufacturing industry. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills. Excellent communication skills. In-depth knowledge of Project Management software, including the implementation and optimization of the software. Compensation: Annual compensation of $85,000.00 to $105,000.00 depending on experience. Location: This is a fully on-site role currently working at the 190 Statesman Dr, Mississauga, ON L5S1X7 location. The incumbent may however be required to work at any place of business which the company and its sister group of companies has or may acquire in future. Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and possess 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in manufacturing. PMP certification or active pursuit of the certification is required, along with intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
