The Customer Service Representative operates temporary campus pop-up stores by processing retail sales, managing merchandise, and distributing pre-packaged course materials. They also provide routine customer service and maintain an organized, welcoming environment for students and the public. Candidates must have completed Grade 12 or equivalent and possess at least one year of recent experience in customer service, retail, or cashier roles. Strong interpersonal skills and the physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds are required.
