If you enjoy working with your hands, take pride in what you make, and want to be part of a great team, we want to hear from you. *Responsibilities* * Prepare and bake breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies * Follow recipes to ensure consistent quality * Decorate cakes and baked goods * Keep the kitchen clean and organized * Follow food safety and proper storage procedures * Help track ingredients and supplies * Work with the team to keep things running smoothly * Interact with customers in a friendly and helpful way *What we're looking for* * Some experience in a kitchen or bakery setting is an asset, but we're willing to train the right person * A positive attitude and willingness to learn * Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays * Good communication and a team-player mindset *Required certifications* * Valid Food Safety Certificate (PEI Health Department recognized) ? mandatory * WHMIS ? mandatory * First Aid ? an asset but not required Come be part of a team that loves what they bake.
