Every day, your work directly contributes to the quality, safety, and efficiency of our production process. Specifically, You Will Be Responsible For Transporting, weighing, inspecting, and packaging products. Working in various departments throughout the plant, including slaughter, evisceration, cutting, and sanitation. Performing various related tasks required to support daily operations. Following quality, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times. Schedule: Day, evening, and night shifts available. Starting Wage (Day Shift): $21.20/hour Evening and Night Shift Premium: $1.50/hour Wage Increase After Probationary Period What You Bring To The Role Education: No specific training required. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training. Experience: No experience necessary. Your motivation and commitment make all the difference. Skills: Reliability, punctuality, teamwork, and a willingness to learn. Working Conditions: Work in a refrigerated environment (approximately -4°C). Work with raw meat.
