Admin Coordinator The Company Olympic Homes is a leading Manitoba home builder specializing in Ready-to-Move (RTM) and on-site homes. We have been helping families build quality homes with exceptional craftsmanship, innovative designs, and a customer-first approach. Overview As the Admin Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping create a positive and welcoming experience from the moment they connect with Olympic Homes. This fast-paced, dynamic role supports customer service, sales, logistics, and daily office operations. The Role * Greet and assist customers via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and enthusiasm. * Manage and qualify sales leads and coordinate follow-ups. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information within our CRM system. * Ensure price lists are up to date and accurate. * Update and manage various Excel applications. * Support the sales team with quotes, proposals, purchase orders, and reporting * Maintain an organized and professional Sales & Design Centre. * Coordinate material shipments with Olympic Homes teams and external couriers. * Process month-end billing and perform general administrative duties as required. Qualifications * 1-2 years of office experience is required * Advanced Computer skills including Microsoft 365 with high proficiency in Excel. * Ability to communicate both written and verbally in a professional and effective manner. * Detail oriented, proactive and self-motivated, * Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects. * Effective time management skills to ensure deadlines are met. * Previous residential construction experience/ability to read blue prints an asset. * Continuous improvement mindset. * High School Diploma or post-secondary training an asset. * Previous exposure to BisTrack an asset.
