The student analyst will be a key member of the Oxford Finance Transformation team and will play an integral role on our ongoing process, people, and technology improvement initiatives across the Global Finance & Technology team. You will be responsible for: Participate in the delivery of projects by working closely with finance and technology professionals and external vendors Assist in the preparation of data analysis, process documentation, and reporting Support project management activities as required (project progress, status, and issues/risk tracking) Prepare and provide analytical insights on improvement opportunities within our project portfolio Support our finance learning & development content creation, delivery and administration Participate in ad hoc initiatives and special projects as required Preferred Skills & Experience: Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business (Accounting, Finance), Technology, Engineering, Project or Operations Management Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and excellent interpersonal skills Ability to work in a collaborative team environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proven ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) Self-starter able to work independently with minimal supervision Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (required); Visio is an asset Prior real estate experience and/or previous experience in a project-based environment is considered an asset What’s in it for you A team that is ready to focus on your growth and development Opportunity to work in a dynamic, collaborative and high-performing team Networking opportunities through interactions with different areas of our finance & technology teams Opportunity to be a part of the student community at Oxford & OMERS This posting is for an existing vacancy. The expected salary range for this position is $44,850.00 - $56,550.00 per year, prorated based on the term of the contract. You may also be eligible to receive an annual Incentive Award pursuant to our Short-term Incentive plan and our Long-Term Incentive plan (if applicable), and to participate in our group benefits and retirement plans – details on these elements of compensation are included within OMERS & Oxford offer letters. Requirements

Candidates should be currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or Project/Operations Management. Strong organizational, communication, and technical skills in Microsoft Office are required.
