Position: Kitchen Crew Location: Victoria, BC, 3335 Douglas St, V8Z 3L2 Job Type: Permanent Full-time and Permanent Part-time Shifts: Graveyard (Overnight) Hours Per Week: Up to 40 Language: English Wages & Growth This role offers more than just a starting wage. What We Offer • Clear wage increases through training and skill development • Paid, on‑the‑job training • Flexible schedules • Opportunities to grow into cross‑trained and leadership roles • Employee discounts • Medical and dental benefits for eligible team members Who You Are • Energetic, reliable, and enjoy hands‑on work • Take pride in doing things right • Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment • Willing to learn new skills and help where needed • Available 15–40 hours per week Duties & Responsibilities Food Preparation & Cooking • Prepare A&W menu items following food safety and quality standards • Cook burgers, fries, breakfast items, and other products efficiently • Assemble orders accurately, even during busy periods Kitchen Operations • Keep workstations stocked, organized, and running efficiently • Restock fridges, freezers, and ingredient stations • Monitor food levels and communicate needs to the team Cleanliness & Safety • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures • Clean and sanitize equipment, counters, prep surfaces, and utensils • Assist with dining room, restroom, and exterior cleanliness to maintain a positive guest experience Teamwork • Work closely with Cashiers, Supervisors, and other team members • Communicate clearly during rush periods • Support a positive, respectful workplace Why Join Us?
