Description Du Poste Les ressources seront appelées à réaliser des activités d'analyse et de programmation dans le cadre du soutien et/ou du rehaussement des solutions numériques relevant du secteur Jeunesse au sein de la Direction des Solutions Numériques de la VPTI, Santé Québec. En fonction des besoins, les ressources peuvent être associées à des projets spécifiques (rehaussement technologique, refonte, etc.) ou à des activités de soutien aux établissements exploitant les solutions numériques du secteur Jeunesse. Le mandat comprend également la participation, dans le cadre de la méthodologie agile, aux différentes cérémonies qui structurent le travail des équipes agiles, à savoir: la planification des sprints, les mêlées quotidiennes, la revue et la rétrospective du sprint. Qualifications Détenir un diplôme universitaire de premier cycle (baccalauréat) dans le domaine des technologies de l’information ou autre domaine pertinent (ex : génie logiciel) ou une expérience, une certification ou la combinaison de certains éléments jugés pertinents en compensation aux exigences académiques. L'équivalence du MIFI est exigée pour tout diplôme obtenu à l'extérieur du Québec Formation en développement Web ou migration applicative ; Expérience avec les outils de développement et DevOps (CI/CD, gestion de code); Détenir QUATRE (4) à CINQ (5) ans d’expérience et plus en développement logiciel ou gestion de solutions applicatives; Expérience en développement (.NET et/ou JAVA); Expérience en bases de données relationnelles (SQL Server, Oracle, Access); Expérience en environnement Agile; Expérience en maintenance, évolution et support d’applications; Expérience en gestion et transformation de données (import, validation, migration) ; Expérience dans le domaine de la santé et des services sociaux - atout; Expérience en migration d’applications (Access vers Web, modernisation) - atout ; Expérience en environnements complexes ou multi-systèmes - atout; Expérience en intégration de systèmes - atout; Expertise en développement applicatif (.NET et/ou JAVA); Bonne maîtrise des bases de données relationnelles et de la modélisation; Connaissance des architectures modernes, API et services Web (REST) ; Connaissance des environnements infonuagiques (ex. Requirements
A bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field, or an accepted equivalent combination of experience or certification, is required; foreign degrees require MIFI equivalency. Candidates need at least four to five years of software development or application-solution management experience, relevant .NET and/or Java and relational database experience, Agile experience, and proficiency in spoken and written French.
