Job Description We are looking for a Senior Project Management Spécialist to join our team. Responsibilities Coordinate and support the delivery of multiple CTS, Cyber Security, and ITS projects, ensuringalignment with business objectives, security requirements, and governance standards; Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource assignments to ensure project objectivesare achieved; Manage projects through all lifecycle phases, ensuring milestones, and targets are met; Monitor and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions, implementing correctiveactions as required; Coordinate and administer project change requests in accordance with approved governance processes; Prepare and maintain project status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics, providing regularupdates to stakeholders and senior management; Coordinate with respective team leaders to identify resource requirements, assign resources, andoptimize capacity to support the successful delivery of project objectives and timelines; Engage stakeholders, clients, and business partners to gather requirements, resolve issues, and supportsuccessful project outcomes; Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlogmanagement activities; Ensure all project deliverables, documentation, approvals, and closeout activities are completed incompliance with organizational standards and policies; Coordinate release management activities, ensuring releases are planned, documented, reviewed,approved, and implemented in accordance with established change management requirements; Support the coordination and management of dependencies, risks, reporting, and delivery activitiesacross multiple workstreams, including infrastructure, cyber security, and strategic technology initiatives; Related activities and deliverables, as required Qualifications A minimum of ten (10) years of recent demonstrated work experience delivering IT infrastructure, network security, cyber security, or technology transformation; A minimum of five (5) years of recent demonstrated work experience as a Senior Project Management Specialist overseeing a project for the definition and implementation of infrastructure modernization, cyber security, and/or technology transformation, in a complex environment; Demonstrated experience engaging and influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels, including senior management, business stakeholders, and technical teams, while effectively communicating complex technical and business information to both technical and non-technical audiences; Demonstrated knowledge and application of PMBOK project management principles, processes, tools, and methodologies throughout the project lifecycle; Demonstrated proficiency in analyzing project risks, issues, dependencies, and impacts, and developing data-driven recommendations to support project objectives and governance decisions; Consultant must be eligible to obtain the following: Reliability Status (Requires a minimum of five (5) years of verifiable personal history); Excellent communication skills in English. Coordinate and support the delivery of multiple CTS, Cyber Security, and ITS projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives and governance standards. Manage the full project lifecycle, including risk mitigation, resource allocation, and the facilitation of Agile ceremonies.

Requires at least ten years of experience in IT infrastructure or cyber security, with five years specifically as a Senior Project Management Specialist. Candidates must be proficient in PMBOK principles and eligible for Reliability Status security clearance.
