Description du poste Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Développeur(se) en IA pour rejoindre notre équipe. Responsabilités Conevoir, développer, tester et déploier des solutions d’intelligence artificielle (apprentissage automatique, IA générative, agents intelligents, automatisation) répondant aux besoins d’affaires; Collaborer avec les analystes, les architectes et les équipes de données pour intégrer ces solutions aux systèmes existants, en assurer la performance, la sécurité et la fiabilité en production, et veiller au respect des principes d’IA responsable et des standards de l’organisation. Qualifications 2 à 5 ans d'expérience pertinentel Maîtrise de langages de programmation tels que Python et des cadres d’apprentissage automatique; Expérience en IA générative (grands modèles de langage, ingénierie de requêtes, RAG, agents); Connaissance des plateformes infonuagiques et des services d’IA (ex. : Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio); Maîtrise des pratiques MLOps / LLMOps, de l’intégration par API et du déploiement en production; Connaissance des principes d’IA responsable, de sécurité et de protection des données; Capacité à vulgariser des concepts techniques et à collaborer avec des équipes multidisciplinaires. Requirements

Candidates must have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience and proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks. Strong knowledge of generative AI, MLOps, and cloud-based AI platforms is required, along with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
