Description du poste Le(la) lead Finance assume la responsabilité globale du chantier Finance dans le cadre du déploiement Oracle Fusion Cloud. Il(elle) orchestre la livraison des sous-chantiers GL (Grand Livre), EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) et rapports financiers, assure la qualité des livrables fonctionnels, et représente le chantier Finance auprès de la gouvernance du projet. Responsabilités Diriger l'équipe Finance dans toutes les phases du déploiement (découverte, conception, réalisation, déploiement); Coordonner les responsables GL, EPM et rapports pour assurer la cohérence des livrables; Présenter l'avancement du chantier Finance au comité directeur et à la direction du projet; Valider les décisions de design fonctionnel relatives aux processus financiers; Gérer les risques et les enjeux propres au chantier Finance; Assurer l'alignement des exigences métier avec la solution Oracle Fusion Finance; Coordonner avec le chantier interopérabilité pour les interfaces financières; Superviser la rédaction des documents de design et des plans de tests. Qualifications Baccalauréat en comptabilité, finance ou administration des affaires. L'équivalence du MIFI est exigée pour tout diplôme obtenu à l'extérieur du Québec; Minimum 10 ans d'expérience en finance d'entreprise ou en consultation ERP Finance; Minimum 2 déploiements de progiciel de gestion intégré (grand livre (GL), comptes fournisseurs (AP), comptes clients (AR), immobilisations (FA)) à titre de lead ou consultant senior; Connaissance approfondie des modules Oracle Fusion Financials et EPM Cloud Expérience en gestion d'équipes multidisciplinaires dans des projets de transformation; Leadership opérationnel et capacité à mobiliser une équipe pluridisciplinaire; Excellente maîtrise des processus financiers (comptabilité générale, reporting, consolidation); Capacité à synthétiser et vulgariser les enjeux financiers pour différents auditoires; Rigueur, sens des priorités et gestion efficace des délais; Forte orientation résultats et sens des responsabilités. Requirements

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration and possess at least 10 years of experience in corporate finance or ERP consulting. Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Financials and EPM Cloud, along with experience leading multidisciplinary teams in transformation projects, is required.
