The Senior Specialist supports the Negotiations Task Force by overseeing project management, conducting research, and synthesizing complex information for physician services agreements. They also manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders while identifying opportunities for process improvement. Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Health Administration, Economics, Business, or Political Science with four to five years of relevant experience. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills are required, with PMP certification considered an asset.
