The role involves leading a team of professionals to drive continuous improvement, automation, and technical accounting rigor across a global business. Requires a fully-qualified accountant (CPA, ACA, ACCA, or CA) with significant leadership experience in financial accounting and global GL ownership. Must possess deep technical expertise in US GAAP and a proven track record of developing high-performing teams.
