Job summary

Review FHIR data, clinical notes, and adult inpatient records across admissions, progress notes, care transitions, and discharge documentation. Validate clinical claims against the medical record, assess medication and age-related details, and provide clear feedback on documentation and data quality.

Job details

• $80–$115 per hour • 100% remote • Part-time • Fully flexible schedule Review the adult inpatient medicine charts that clinical AI systems learn from, and help make those systems more accurate. Clinical AI is only as reliable as the charts behind it. That judgment raises the quality of the documentation and the clinical accuracy of the models. What you'll do • Review FHIR data and clinical notes across admissions, daily progress notes, transitions of care and discharge documentation • Compare the history, assessment and care plan with the underlying medical record • Assess renal and hepatic dose adjustments, medication interactions and age-appropriate clinical details • Follow the review guidelines and give clear feedback on the quality of the documentation and data Why this is worth your time • Earn $80–$115 an hour reviewing inpatient medicine charts and the clinical claims AI systems make about them • Work on AI systems that review adult inpatient medicine records, evaluating their clinical claims and helping improve their accuracy • Put your internal medicine judgment to use on chart review and written documentation feedback • Fully remote and flexible, no fixed shifts, no commute Who this is for • MD or DO degree with Internal Medicine board certification • Five or more years of hospitalist experience, including inpatient hospitalist practice that is current or occurred within the past two years • Fluent in English and comfortable reviewing clinical notes and raw medical-record data • Helpful background includes chart review, CDI, utilization review, coding, or medical QA work. • No AI experience needed. Pay and details • $80–$115 per hour, paid hourly as an independent contractor • Part-time, flexible schedule; fully remote, Canada How to apply 1. Apply on OpenTrain (about two minutes). 2.
