KPIs Month 1–2 Build a client database (50+ PT / 100+ FT companies) Send 15+ PT / 30+ FT outreach emails Deliver 1–2 research reports on market/competitors Month 3–4 Secure 3–5 (PT) / 5–10 (FT) qualified meetings Expand client database by +30% from baseline Attend 1+ offline event, join demo calls, co-create client proposals Month 5–6 Independently handle 2–3 (PT) / 4–5 (FT) demo calls Support 2–3 event pitches or networking follow-ups Generate 2–3 (PT) / 4–6 (FT) qualified opportunities per month, with at least 1 potential POC/pilot lead Ready to Join Our Team? The intern will conduct market research on Web3 trends and build client and partner databases. They will also support outreach efforts, assist in offline events, and prepare proposals and research reports.

Candidates should be current students or recent graduates in Business, Finance, Technology, or related fields with good English proficiency. A proactive attitude and curiosity about blockchain, DeFi, and Web3 infrastructure are required.
