Summary: The person in this position is primarily responsible for the complete management of all company and project-specific inventories. They also contribute to the smooth execution of material shipments for various departments and play a key role in meeting deadlines and ensuring delivery quality. Tasks: Ensure accurate management of internal and external inventories, including required system adjustments; Perform weekly cycle counts and the annual inventory, in collaboration with the Finance department during audits; Receive goods, including verification of quantities and documentation accuracy; Pick, prepare, and deliver parts for production lines, projects, and customer shipments; Receive and process shipping requests, ensuring completeness and accuracy of information; Validate delivery requirements with internal and external customers and follow up on shipment dates; Track borrowed parts, missing parts, and returns; Manage obsolete inventory in accordance with established principles (e.g., FIFO) and perform required inventory transfers; Open, process, and follow up on purchase orders, NCRs, and related inventory movements; Participate in the management of hazardous materials in compliance with applicable procedures and standards; Provide logistical support to other sites, as needed; Contribute to sample management; Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the department; Perform any other related tasks associated with warehouse operations. Requisite Skills: High school diploma or equivalent relevant experience. Functional English. Rigor, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail. Strong curiosity and a willingness to learn and adopt new technologies, especially artificial intelligence. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and communicate with various stakeholders. Curiosity and eagerness to learn, especially regarding new technologies such as artificial intelligence.
