The little things matter to you, whether that's remembering a member's name, following up with a lead, or making sure the studio looks its best. What you'll actually be doing: * Welcoming members and guests and making sure everyone feels comfortable walking through our doors. * Introducing new people to Orangetheory and helping them get started. * Selling memberships, following up with leads, and working toward studio goals. * Building relationships with members and creating a great experience every visit. * Helping create fun, engaging social media content, including photos, videos, reels, and stories. * Bringing fresh ideas for studio events, promotions, and community involvement. * Keeping the studio sparkling clean, organized, and ready for every class. * Working alongside our coaches and the rest of the team to keep things running smoothly.
