Location: Lac-Supérieur, QC Department: Maintenance Status: Full-time, permanent Supervisor: Maintenance Manager Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of all electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment. They will also be closely involved in the troubleshooting process. Furthermore, they will act as an advisor during the implementation of new projects or projects to improve existing equipment. Responsibilities: Maintain and repair electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems; Troubleshoot production equipment; Participate in project development; Strictly adhere to established quality and control standards when performing all tasks; Be comfortable working with equipment featuring digital controls and computer systems; Be comfortable with manual labor and the use of computer tools; Follow safety procedures and policies and notify management of unsafe areas or activities; Be able to operate a forklift and hold a valid driver’s license; Demonstrate professional ethics and great versatility. Qualifications: DEP/AEC or Certificate; Industrial Mechanic/Electromechanic: 1 year (an asset); Knowledge of ventilation systems (an asset); Experience in food manufacturing and/or a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment (an asset). Working Conditions: 40 hours per week, permanent; Monday to Friday; Able to move heavy loads and maintain a high pace of work; Work at heights (with appropriate safety measures); May work in confined spaces.
