Senior Project/Program Manager – AWS Cloud Migration [Bilingual: Spanish & English] As our North America business continues to grow, we’re hiring Senior Project Managers to lead complex cloud migration programs across the region. This is not a traditional PMO role. You will operate in fast-moving, partner-led environments where success depends on your ability to drive structure, enforce accountability, and deliver outcomes. If you are comfortable leading in ambiguity and taking ownership of delivery not just coordination this role is for you. What You’ll Do Own end-to-end delivery of cloud migration projects across North America Drive project structure, planning, and execution across multiple concurrent engagements Work directly with partners and customers to enforce readiness and maintain momentum Lead discovery, assessment, wave planning, execution, and cutover activities Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations proactively Hold stakeholders accountable—internally and externally—to timelines and deliverables Partner closely with technical delivery leads to ensure execution quality Provide clear, concise reporting to leadership and customers Step into challenged projects and stabilize delivery when required Must Have's: Mandatory requirement - Spanish language fluency. 10+ years of Project/Program Management experience. 4+ years delivering cloud migration or infrastructure transformation projects. Experience in partner-led or AWS-funded migration programs Proven ability to lead complex, customer-facing delivery engagements. Strong experience managing: Enterprise stakeholders, System integrators / partners, Multi-workstream technical projects. Deep understanding of project lifecycle in migration scenarios. Ability to operate independently in high-pressure, ambiguous environments. Strong communication skills able to engage at both technical and executive levels. Comfortable working across North American time zones. Nice to have's: Background in hybrid cloud or data center transformation

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex AWS cloud migration programs across North America. Drive project structure, manage stakeholders, and stabilize challenged projects to ensure successful execution and cutover.

Requires over 10 years of project management experience with at least 4 years specifically in cloud migration or infrastructure transformation. Mandatory fluency in Spanish and English is required to manage partner-led engagements.
