Orla operates the Camino Rojo Oxide Gold Mine, a gold and silver open-pit heap leach mine, located in Zacatecas State, Central Mexico. This low-cost operation is 100% owned by Orla, covers over 139,000 hectares, and includes a large sulphide mineral endowment located beneath the oxide resources. We are also advancing permitting on our South Railroad Project, a feasibility-stage, open-pit heap leach project located on the prolific Carlin trend in Nevada. More recently, we’ve entered into an agreement with Newmont Corporation to acquire the Musselwhite Mine, located in Northern Ontario on Lake Opapimiskan. This project has great potential in a tier-one mining jurisdiction, and with more than 25 years of proven track record. This fly-in, fly-out operation will position Orla to double its annual gold production and provide us with excellent future opportunities. We expect this transaction to close in Q1 2025. Purpose As part of our acquisition of Musselwhite Mine, we are recruiting Logistics Miners. This role will be based on-site and will be responsible for contributing their skills and knowledge to our ongoing development and growth. This role will report to the Logistics Supervisor and will be key to the success of the Mine Department Responsibilities include: Operate Boom Truck for deliverables Service installation – pipe, vent, cables & atomizers Tele- Remote installations Sump Maintenance (Scissor lift, 9 yard Scoop) Road Maintenance (Grader, 3 Yard Scoop) Conduct Pre and Post Blast activities Install and grout cables Be an engaged and active member of a highly productive team Take direction from the Logistics Leaders and/or Underground Supervisors in a positive manner Work in a safe and efficient manner at all times Skills and Experience: 2+ years of underground mining experience or previous experience operating heavy machinery. HITE training preferred but not mandatory. Ability to safely work 12 hour shifts in a variety of underground conditions. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Experience with Logistics equipment an asset but not required. Possess Ontario Common Core Certification. Current and Valid Driver’s License preferred. Working Conditions: The schedule for this position will consist of 14 days on and 14 days off, 12 hours per day. Compensation: The base salary range for this position is CAD$113,826 - $139,292 per year, depending on skills, experience, and qualifications. The Company offers a Defined Contribution Pension Plan (DCPP), including an automatic 5% employer contribution, with the option for employees to receive up to an additional 4% employer match on employee contributions.

Requirements
