Job summary
Orlick Industries is an automotive parts supplier producing aluminum components for many varieties of vehicles, with Honda being our largest customer. CNC Machine Operator Position Summary: The CNC Machine Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient running of CNC machines and for performing parts inspection to produce high quality automotive parts. Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hour weekly rotating shifts Why Join Orlick Industries? Load castings onto fixtures ensuring proper orientation and location; ensure machine properly clamps the parts in place and activates the machine cycle. Monitor automatic operation to detect issues and remove chip accumulations from fixtures and parts. Verify dimensions of machined parts using multiple gauges. Immediately notify the quality department or supervisor if any quality checks are not met Skills & Qualifications: Completed Grade 12 or equivalent. Mathematical aptitude. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Strong hand/ eye coordination.
