This is a full-time, on-site role based in our office, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. We offer a great working environment, a comprehensive Health and Dental Benefits package, and a competitive salary with a bonus component based on performance Responsibilities: Drive sales growth within an assigned territory using strong communication and relationship-building skills Prospect and acquire new customers through outbound sales activities Develop and manage existing customer accounts to maximize sales opportunities Build and maintain long-term customer relationships Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets Conduct outbound sales calls and email campaigns to generate leads and sales Execute direct mail and other marketing initiatives to support customer acquisition and retention. Promote and sell orthodontic products and supplies to dental and orthodontic practices Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity tracking Collaborate with team members to support territory growth and customer satisfaction Qualifications Previous sales and/or customer service experience (up to 2 years preferred) Proven ability to apply effective sales strategies and techniques Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth Strong verbal and written communication skills Equivalent combinations of education, skills, and relevant experience will be considered Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Bilingualism is considered an asset but is not required Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills Strong telephone communication and customer engagement skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment Candidates with call centre experience are encouraged to apply Orthodontic or dental industry experience is an asset but not required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to adapt to changing situations and make sound decisions Benefits and Perks Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, life & disability Insurance) RRSP Casual dress environment Supportive, friendly and collaborative team environment On-site parking Schedule: 8-hour shift Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm

Requirements
Candidates should have previous sales or customer service experience, preferably up to 2 years. Strong communication skills and the ability to meet sales targets are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
