Lead conceptual and detailed mechanical design of custom, high-speed automation equipment, using SolidWorks and AutoCAD and maintaining bills of materials and designs in PDM. Collaborate with electrical, programming, vision, motion-control, field service, and commissioning teams from concept through installation, incorporating feedback to improve equipment and serviceability.

Lead automation projects from initiation through equipment delivery, managing customer relationships, scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and contractual requirements. Coordinate engineering, production, and service teams; lead Factory Acceptance Testing; communicate progress; and resolve or escalate issues to keep projects on track.
