Conduct routine testing and quality checks on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products, including sample preparation and analyses such as moisture, protein, and microbiological testing. Maintain laboratory equipment, sanitary work areas, and accurate records; analyze results, report abnormalities, and coordinate with production and quality teams on quality issues.

The Production Supervisor will oversee daily flour milling operations, including production scheduling, quality control, and floor-level staff management. They are also responsible for coordinating international logistics, customs clearance, and maintaining relationships with domestic and export customers.
