We are seeking an Interior Designer to join our Toronto-based design team, working on premium commercial and lifestyle environments including clubhouses, hospitality, wellness, and mixed-use spaces. This role is ideal for a hands-on designer who is passionate about translating concepts into built environments and gaining exposure across all project phases. What’s in it for you: Competitive Compensation: CAD 70K – 100K per year (based on experience) Extended Health, Dental, and Vision Benefits Life and Disability Insurance 3-Week Vacation Leave Modern office near Eglinton & Leslie Learning and Professional Development Support Growth opportunities within an active development pipeline How you will contribute: Support the design team in developing interior concepts, layouts, and presentations Assist in space planning, FF&E selection, and material research Prepare interior design drawings, including plans, elevations, and details Develop and maintain Revit/CAD models and drawing sets Coordinate with architects, consultants, and internal stakeholders Participate in construction documentation, tender, and construction administration phases Conduct site visits and assist with project coordination during construction What you bring to the table: Degree in Interior Design or a related discipline from a recognized institution; working toward NCIDQ certification or ARIDO membership is an asset 4–7 years of professional experience, with at least some experience working in Canada and familiarity with local codes and standards (OBC, AODA preferred) Strong hands-on interior design skills, with the ability to contribute directly to drawings, detailing, and design development Experience working on commercial interior projects, preferably including clubhouses, hospitality, commercial office fit-outs, or similar environments Solid understanding of space planning, FF&E development, and construction documentation Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks Good communication and teamwork skills; Mandarin is an asset Visit our Careers - OTT Financial Group and apply now.
