Oulton College is seeking a qualified and passionate Nursing Clinical Instructor to host clinical rotations within our Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) program. This is a part-time position. The successful candidate will support students in developing clinical reasoning, critical thinking, and practical skills. Key Responsibilities Facilitate student learning through various learning methods Integrate nursing theory with health science concepts to support clinical decision-making Guide students in applying the nursing processes of care Promote the use of evidence-informed practice and clinical reasoning Review student concept maps and provide feedback Provide timely, constructive feedback to students Foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment Collaborate with faculty and program teams as required Requirements Current registration (or eligibility) with a provincial nursing regulatory body as a Registered Nurse Recent clinical experience (min. 2 years) Excellent communication, organizational, and instructional skills Benefits Competitive wages No weekends Paid parking Positive and supportive work environment

Requirements

Candidates must be a Registered Nurse with current registration or eligibility with a provincial nursing regulatory body. A minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience is required.
