Position Summary The Warehouse Operations Coordinator will be primarily responsible for assisting with the daily Warehouse Operations and managing staff. The Warehouse Operations Coordinator will report to the Shop Supervisor. This role will have a hand in activities related to filling site material orders, managing, and maintaining the vehicle fleet as well as organizing all stock that comes into the warehouse. Hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 6:30AM-3:00PM. Job Description Roles & Responsibilities * Assist with overseeing Warehouse Operations and staff, coordinating work and completed items with the Site Supervisor(s) and Shop Supervisor. * Plan and prioritize work for self and staff. * Assist with overseeing and coordinating delivery schedules for company drivers. * Perform general cleanup of the warehouse facility. * Organize and maintain tool supply crib (inbound/outbound). * Oversee the tracking, status and request for tools and equipment as well as maintain accurate inventory of items, services and distribution records. * Maintain inventory of equipment, manuals and warranties. * Drive OZZ Electric vehicles, as required. * Perform site deliveries as required as well as load and unload OZZ vehicles for deliveries. * Organize stock that is received from site cleanups as well as perform site cleanups when necessary. * Sorting and stripping of wire. * Prepare skids to be racked as well as document content of skids. * Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. * Work with purchasing department on filling site material orders. * Assist with managing and maintaining vehicle fleet. * Manage outside grounds (i.e.: salting walkways, ensuring access ways are clear & safe, etc.). * Perform minor repairs on windows, doors, switches, desks, tables, plugs, equipment, appliances, sinks, toilets, blinds etc. * Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions, as required. * Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to supervisor. * Maintain light fixtures and changes bulbs/tubes as required. * Update and maintain information in OZZ Electric’s records systems and department databases. * Use of a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties. * Support Site Supervisor(s) and Shop Supervisor as required. * Operate Forklift as required. * Perform all other duties as assigned or needed. Skills & Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent. * Minimum of 3-5 years previous experience in a similar role with similar responsibilities. * Highly motivated and able to work independently. * Possesses a valid driver’s license (Class 5). * Possesses a Forklift license. * First Aid skills and or certificates are considered an asset. Key Competencies * Ability to communicate detailed instructions orally and in writing. * Ability to multi-task and establish priorities. * Ability to perform small repairs. * Superior interpersonal skills. * Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse work setting. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Proven analytical and problem-solving skills. * Able to work well under pressure. * Strong attention to detail.

Requirements
