Proven ability to analyze business requirements and current-state processes to translate them into clear and actionable IT requirements. Working knowledge of data modeling, database schema structures, data mapping, and data transformation concepts. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business, technical, and cross-functional teams. Experience bridging the gap between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure data and reporting solutions align with business objectives.
