Job Title: Java Technical Lead Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada Work Arrangement: Hybrid(2 days onsite in a week) Employment Type: Contract Duration: 12+ Months Domain: BFSI Experience: 10+ Years Rate: CAD$55-60/hr Application Deadline: Aug 15th, 2026 SKILLS REQUIRED 10+ years of experience in Java application development with proven experience leading development teams. Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and SQL databases. Lead solution design, development, code reviews, and technical delivery of enterprise applications. Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud platforms and distributed systems. Preferred: Experience in Banking, Cards, or Payments domain and strong understanding of design patterns and system architecture.
