Job Title: Mainframe Developer Location: Toronto, ON Work Arrangement: Hybrid-2-3 Days onsite Employment Type: Contract Duration: 12 Months Domain: BFSI Pay Rate: CAD 40-50 /hour Incorporated Application Deadline: Aug 30th, 2026 SKILLS REQUIRED 4–7 years of hands-on experience in Mainframe Development and Production Support. Strong expertise in PL/I, DB2, IMS, and JCL for developing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise mainframe applications. Hands-on experience with Control-M, ISPW, HPSM, and JIRA for job scheduling, change management, incident tracking, and release management. Experience in application enhancements, defect resolution, maintenance, and production support in mission-critical environments. Strong knowledge of batch processing, job scheduling, and batch job monitoring, including troubleshooting job failures and performance issues.
