Proven experience leading project discussions, stakeholder management, business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution definition. Minimum 3+ years of experience evaluating, recommending, and implementing application modernization strategies across diverse business units. Preferred Skills Familiarity with modern front-end technologies and server-side rendering (SSR) frameworks. Strong solution architecture, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent verbal and written communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across technical and business teams.
