Experience working with Quadient Inspire platform for document generation, workflow automation, and multichannel customer communications. Proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining dynamic templates, forms, and personalized customer correspondence using OpenText Exstream. Knowledge of CCM best practices, document lifecycle management, and enterprise document generation solutions. Experience integrating OpenText Exstream and/or Quadient Inspire with enterprise applications and data sources. Strong troubleshooting, testing, and performance optimization skills within CCM platforms.
