Job Title: RPA Developer Location: Toronto, ON Work Arrangement: Onsite (Hybrid) Employment Type: Contract Duration: 12 Months Domain: BFSI Pay Rate: CAD 50-55/hour Incorporated Application Deadline: Jun 31st, 2026 SKILLS REQUIRED Mandatory Skills: 6+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-scale UiPath RPA solutions. Strong expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, RE Framework, and AI Center for end-to-end automation development. Experience integrating Agentic AI/GenAI capabilities, including intelligent agents, copilots, document understanding, and workflow orchestration. Proficient in OCR, Document Understanding, Communication Mining, and building intelligent automation solutions. Hands-on experience with C#, .NET, Python, REST APIs, and automating web, Citrix, mainframe, and attended/unattended bot processes. Knowledge of Process Mining, Task Mining, CI/CD, version control, and automation deployment best practices. Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with a focus on delivering secure, scalable, and high-impact automation solutions.
