Job Title: Salesforce Communications Cloud Architect Location: Toronto, ON Work Arrangement: 2-3 Days onsite Employment Type: Contract Domain: Telecom Pay Rate: CAD 55-60/hr on Incorporated Application Deadline: Oct 30th, 2026 SKILLS REQUIRED 10+ years of Salesforce experience with strong expertise in Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity). Hands-on experience with EPC, CPQ, Order Management, and Salesforce Industries processes. Strong expertise in OmniStudio, including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures. Expertise in Salesforce architecture, Apex, LWC, APIs, and enterprise integrations. Experience integrating Salesforce with OSS/BSS, ERP systems, and external platforms. Strong understanding of telecom business processes, including Lead-to-Order and Order-to-Cash. Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, Salesforce deployment methodologies, and release management. Ability to design scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with telecom industry requirements and business processes.
