Job Title: Senior Business Analyst & Solution Integration Architect Location: Regina, SK Work Arrangement: Onsite (hybrid) Employment Type: Contract Duration: 12 Months Domain: BFSI Pay Rate: CAD 50-55/hour Incorporated Application Deadline: Sep. 11th, 2026 SKILLS REQUIRED Mandatory Skills: CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification experience ISP (Information Systems Professional) designation 8+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst / Solution Integration Architect, with recent relevant experience. Strong experience in Business Analysis, Solution Architecture, System Analysis, and Integration for complex enterprise projects. Expertise in developing AS-IS / TO-BE models, business process workflows, BPMN, use cases, wireframes, and functional design documents. Strong experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, traceability, and management of functional and non-functional requirements. Hands-on experience with Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), process simplification, automation, integration, and optimization, preferably in the Telecom domain. Strong knowledge of Agile/Waterfall, SDLC, PMBOK, TOGAF, TM Forum Frameworx/ODF, eTOM, SID, TAM, and Open APIs. Experience with API Gateways, Integration, CRM, 5G, Network Planning, Assurance, Observability, WFM, Order Orchestration, ERP, or Enterprise Applications is highly desirable. Strong stakeholder management, communication, leadership, problem-solving, and team coordination skills; CBAP or ISP certification is preferred/required as specified.
