Job Title: Senior Business Analyst & Solution Integration Architect Location: Regina, SK Work Arrangement: Onsite (hybrid) Employment Type: Contract Duration: 12 Months Domain: Telecom Pay Rate: CAD 50-55/hour Incorporated Application Deadline: Aug 14th, 2026 SKILLS REQUIRED Mandatory Skills: Lead business analysis and solution architecture for complex enterprise and integration projects. Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements. Develop AS-IS / TO-BE process models, BPMN workflows, use cases, wireframes, and functional design documents. Design solution integration architectures and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and best practices. Drive business process re-engineering (BPR) to simplify, automate, and optimize business processes. Collaborate with business stakeholders, development, testing, and support teams throughout the SDLC. Perform requirements management, traceability, solution validation, and support Agile/Waterfall delivery. Strong knowledge of TOGAF, BPMN, PMBOK, TM Forum Frameworx (eTOM, SID, TAM), Open APIs, and enterprise integration. Experience in Telecom domain, including 5G, CRM, API Gateways, Order Orchestration, Workforce Management, ERP, Automation, and Integration is highly preferred.
